百度又百度，谷歌再谷歌，尝试又尝试，发现hawkhost的ssh不能用来代理啊，而且官方论坛上有人提问，客服也明确说了：

SSH does not allow http forwarding anymore?

Correct. this has been disabled as we do not allow our shared services to be used for proxies.

唉，看来以后还得买ssh账号，或者用其它办法了。
